I started this painting after a long visit from my brother, whom suffers from a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), as result from a recent hit and run accident. I love my brother, but the brain injury has left him as someone I no longer recognize. He is now the night, when he was once the day.
When I started this painting, I had no plan. All I new was that I just needed to paint. So I followed the wood grains and Moon Struck, was the result.
